Culver’s recently introduced its new loyalty program, Delicious Rewards, nationwide on November 17, offering customers even more reasons to enjoy their favorite menu items. The new initiative reflects the brand’s commitment to extending the warm hospitality for which its restaurants are known, now through a digital platform.
Designed with customers in mind, the program rewards diners with points for every dollar spent and provides personalized offers based on past purchases. With consumer interest in loyalty programs at an all-time high of 78%, U.S. diners are more likely to visit restaurants offering rewards. Culver's is tapping into this trend to strengthen its customer relationships.
Culver CEO Julie Fussner said, “ know, I know – we’re a tad late to the game on this one!. But we built our program from the ground up so we could be sure it rewarded guests with the things they truly crave. Now that it’s finally here, we’re confident our guests are going to love it.”
Delicious Rewards offers multiple ways to earn points, including through the Culver’s app, website, or by scanning a membership code in-store. Members earn 10 points for every $1 spent at participating locations, with the convenience of quickly accessing their favorite items and previous orders.
The program is designed to deliver a more personalized experience, ensuring that members can enjoy their preferred menu items and location choices with ease. Additionally, the app streamlines the ordering process, giving members a faster and more customized Culver’s experience.
Beyond the everyday rewards, Delicious Rewards members will enjoy special perks like birthday and half-birthday deals, surprise offers, and even input on future menu items. Points can be redeemed for free or discounted menu items, and new benefits will be added over time, including personalized recommendations and easier ordering options.
