The achievement marks a significant step in building a robust, insight-driven loyalty ecosystem that keeps customers engaged year-round. Taco Bell Rolls Out Fan-Created Menu Stars Nationwide

Taco Bell is putting the spotlight on its most devoted customers with the debut of three new, fan-designed menu items: Brock’s California Crunchwrap, Kajol’s Burrito Bliss, and Sandra’s Cantina Craze. Chosen from more than 40,000 submissions to the brand’s first-ever Fan Style contest, these creations showcase the bold imagination of Taco Bell lovers who have long customized their orders. Beginning November 20, the winning items will be available for a limited time exclusively through the Taco Bell app and in-store kiosks.

Taco Bell Global Chief Brand Officer Taylor Montgomery said, “At Taco Bell, we’re always listening to our fans – they push us to think differently, take bold risks, and keep evolving. Fan Style shows what’s possible when we loosen our grip and tap into the creativity of our fan base. It might feel like a risk, but it’s proof that our fans can help us take the brand to bold new places.”
 
The launch represents a milestone for the chain, which invited fans behind the curtain to collaborate directly with its culinary team. Taco Bell brought the three “Fan Chefs” to its Irvine, California headquarters to refine their ideas and witness firsthand how custom creations become national offerings. Each of the new items adds a distinct spin to beloved Taco Bell staples. The California Crunchwrap upgrades the classic with steak, seasoned fries, and guacamole for a SoCal-inspired twist. Burrito Bliss delivers a vegetarian remix packed with cheesy beans, rice, Pico de Gallo, crunchy Fiesta Strips, and Avocado Ranch. Meanwhile, the Cantina Craze reimagines the Cantina Chicken Crispy Taco with added Creamy Jalapeño Sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, and reduced sour cream.

Rewards members can earn and redeem “Smiles” points through the Yesway and Allsup’s apps, adding even more value to their visits.
