As always, the PODi AppForum delivered on its promise. This year it was to “Sell More . . . Deliver Better” and the IWCO Direct team left Vegas with ideas about how to do both. My IWCO Direct colleagues Pat Deck, Dave Johannes, Aaron Rasset and I attended sessions in every track. In addition, Abhijit Bhattacharya from Canon was with us for the technical sessions.
