Here's a tasty recipe submitted by Rymax's Marketing Manager, John Mangini, to kick off Peanut Butter Lovers month.
Ingredients:
3 Eggs
1 tablespoon butter
2 strips of cooked bacon (preferably turkey)
1 ½ tablespoons of creamy peanut butter
¼ - 1/3 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Salt & Pepper
Directions:
Mix eggs until blended
Melt butter in skillet over Medium heat
Add eggs to hot skillet
Sprinkle with salt & pepper to taste....
