InComm and Vix Technology are two companies that focus on customer experience and the implementation of solutions to meet changing needs. Stemming from their recent partnership with the Utah Transit Authority (UTA), the two companies announced the expansion of the program to better serve riders who use Vix’s eO electronic fare collection system by fully integrating InComm’s prepaid, contactless and reloadable electronic fare card.
