HP last week decided to turn intself inside out by acquiring infrastructure-software firm Autonomy for $10.2 billion and looking for someone to buy its massive PC business.
And while most people know a fair amount about HP’s world-leading PC group, much less is known about this somewhat obscure, 15-year old, high-growth company founded in and operated out of Cambridge (and that would be the Cambridge in England, not the one next to Boston).
