Summer may portray “the simple life”, but having that mentality at work could jeopardize your company’s overall performance. Captivate Network conducted a study of 600 workers across 14 major cities and found that summer causes a 12 percent drop in productivity, as well as a 45 percent increase in employee distraction. However, just because that is the common perception of the slow summer s months it does not mean your company has to stray from achieving its goals.
