A new survey from the Incentive Research Federation finds that almost three-quarters of respondents have a positive outlook on the economy and their recognition programs. The 2012 Spring Pulse Survey data reports that 44 percent believe their merchandise budgets will increase while 41 percent believe they will stay the same.
