As the weather gets warmer and spring quickly approaches, travel and entertainment companies are looking to stay ahead of the pack in taking advantage of the coming business boom. One brand that is making a move to acquire these customers is Wyndham Hotel Group, which announced this week that it will offer several promotions for members during the spring and summer peak travel season.
From now until the end of October, Wyndham Rewards members will earn $100 in Wyndham Rewards gift cards after two stays, compelling guests to book at least three stays with the brand during the spring and summer months.
Further leveraging the opportunity to target family getaways as a primary focus, the hotel chain is partnering with Six Flags to offer members exclusive discounts on tickets and shopping within the park.
"We want members to have their best summer yet, and we're determined to do everything we can to make sure each and every one of our members is able to take advantage of this offer," said Josh Lesnick, executive vice president and chief marketing officer at Wyndham Hotel Group. "Whether it's a road trip down the coast, a long weekend away with friends or an overnight getaway to a favorite Six Flags park, there's never been a better time for members to pack their bags and hit the road."
For the final piece of the marketing push, Wyndham is launching a new campaign featuring the Wyndham Rewards Wyzard, a popular character returning from his debut last year.
"With the addition of nearly 5 million members since May, the response that we've had to the new Wyndham Rewards from both guests and hotel owners has been tremendous," added Lesnick. "This campaign builds upon that success while further showcasing the tremendous value of Wyndham Rewards. No other program strives to be as simple to understand or as generous with its rewards. The best part is, we're just getting started. There's more magic on the way."
