During a celebratory launch that took place at the Factory Outlet’s flagship store, loyalty program cards were presented to the media and to the winners of the preceding social media promotion.

Other customers wishing to sign up for the program can currently do so through the Factory Outlet’s various social media and online channels. 

“What sets the TFO Club apart from others currently operating in the industry is that our point system does not have a short validity period, as TFO club cards are valid throughout a member’s lifetime and can be utilized by customers at the Havelock Road, Mt Lavinia and Pelawatta outlets,” said Shaeed Younus, Factory Outlet General Manager. “There are also great deals on offers that are provided exclusively for loyalty cardholders as well as an abundance of special promotions and other benefits of joining the program. The cards will be provided free of cost and once registered - each member of the TFO Club will receive regular updates on offers and special deals.”
