Oman Air Customer EngagementNot one to be excluded from an industry that strongly emphasizes customer experience, Oman Air has announced plans to increase revenue and build a greater global presence with an enhanced customer engagement initiative.

Through a renewed agreement with SabreSonic, Oman Air, the nation’s flagship airline, promises to adopt an additional array of technologies to create more meaningful interactions and personalized relationships with its customers. SabreSonic’s flexible and scalable Passenger Services System platform will help Oman Air deliver a better travel experience through two key solutions called Interline Branded Fares and Dynamic Rewards.

In addition to bringing new levels of simplicity, Oman Air’s customer engagement platform will also streamline daily operations, which will, in turn, reduce costs and allow customers to engage with the brand how and when they wish.
