Orlando, Fla., May 16, 2018 – Loyalty360 CEO Mark Johnson named the brands and agencies who were selected as the inaugural winners of the Loyalty360 Top 10 Awards on Wednesday, May 16, at the 11th annual Loyalty Expo at the Caribe Royale Resort in Orlando, Fla. The news was one of five announcements made during a media briefing at the event, which was broadcast live on social media.
 
The industry-defining Top 10 Awards were created to recognize the top tier of Loyalty360 members across six categories—agency, brand, program, individual, technology and marketing team—who have distinguished themselves as among the best in their industries.
 
“With the Loyalty360 Top 10, we finally have the opportunity to recognize Loyalty360 members that have set themselves apart from the pack in order to build customer loyalty,” said Loyalty360 CEO Mark Johnson. “These Top 10 Awards are yet another opportunity for us to properly acknowledge the companies and people that continue to drive this space forward.”
 
Also making announcements were:
 
Bond Brand Loyalty, which announced it was forming a strategic alliance with the Madrid- and Munich-based Buljan and Partners to expand its global presence and deliver transformative customer engagement solutions.
 
Xenial, which announced results of its yet-to-be-published research on the substantial impact of online business reviews, particularly for the restaurant industry. The research was done in partnership with Merchant Centric.
 
Stellar Loyalty, which announced its broadening relationship to develop loyalty and engagement programs with CraftWorks Restaurants and Breweries Inc.’s portfolio of restaurants and brewery brands, which include Gordon Biersch Brewery, Rock Bottom Restaurant and Brewery, and Old Chicago Pizza and Taproom.
 
Snipp Interactive, which announced SnippInsights, a new portal that provides loyalty clients with varying levels of business intelligence and data insights for their loyalty programs.
