Penn Station Celebrates 40 Years with New Loyalty Program and Franchise Incentives

Penn Station East Coast Subs is celebrating its 40th anniversary by launching a new loyalty initiative to thank its loyal fans. The company has introduced Penn Station Rewards, a points-based rewards program to enrich the customer experience and support franchisees in boosting traffic and sales. To kick off the program, Penn Station is running 40 Days of Rewards for members, jam-packed with exclusive offers, double points during the first two weeks of the program, and surprise perks. The promotion has already kicked off and runs through July 25.

Penn Station East Coast Subs President Lance Vaught said, “We’ve been serving up fresh, flavorful food for four decades—and now we’re excited to serve up something special for our guests. Penn Station Rewards is our way of saying thanks for 40 years of love and loyalty. It’s built to make every visit even better for our customers.”

Customers can join the program through the Penn Station app or website, and once enrolled, they earn points with each order, which can be redeemed in-store, online, or via the app. In addition to enhancing the guest experience, Penn Station is looking to expand its franchise footprint. As part of its 40th anniversary celebration, the brand is offering new franchisees a limited-time incentive: six months of royalty-free operation and a 50% discount on the franchise fee.

Winn-Dixie Fights Summer Hunger With $100,000 Donation to Boys & Girls Clubs

This summer, Winn-Dixie and its charitable partner, the Winn-Dixie Gives Foundation, are taking a strong stand against food insecurity by donating $100,000 to five Boys & Girls Clubs across the Southeastern United States. As part of their annual initiative, the donation will support children who often face food shortages when school cafeterias close for summer break. Each Club will receive $20,000 in total, $10,000 in nourishing food items like lunches, snack packs, and take-home meals, and another $10,000 in direct financial support for memberships, meals, and enrichment programs.

Southeastern Grocers President and CEO Anthony Hucker said, “Summer should be a season of joy, discovery, and possibility—not a time when children worry about where their next meal will come from. At Winn-Dixie, we believe every child deserves consistent access to nourishing food and enriching experiences. Through our partnership with local Boys & Girls Clubs, we’re not only helping fill lunch boxes, we’re helping create safe, supportive spaces where kids can thrive, build confidence, and make lasting summer memories. This effort reflects our ongoing commitment to being a community champion and a positive force in the local communities we serve.”

The five Boys & Girls Clubs benefiting from this initiative include chapters in Central Florida, Greater Tampa Bay, Metro Louisiana, Northeast Florida, and Palm Beach County. These Clubs serve hundreds of children during the summer and will receive both food and financial support to ensure no child misses a meal or a chance to thrive. In addition to the financial contribution, Winn-Dixie employees will volunteer their time by distributing food, assembling meal packs, and engaging with the kids directly.
