Jollibee Launches Its First Loyalty Program: Jollibee Rewards

Jollibee, known for its iconic Chickenjoy and Peach Mango Pie, has announced the debut of its first loyalty program, Jollibee Rewards. The restaurant brand was recently voted “the best fast-food fried chicken” in America by USA Today. Now, customers signing up to join the Jollibee Rewards Program will experience more joy by earning Jolly Points with each purchase online or in Jollibee restaurants. The rewards can then be converted to Jolly Points, which can be used to snap up mouthwatering freebies, exclusive offers, and other surprises. Every time a Jollibee rewards member spends $1, they’ll earn 10 points.

Jollibee North America SVP and Marketing Head Luis Velasco said, “It’s no secret that we have the most loyal fans in the world – so much so, that we truly see them as our friends, not just customers. Our Jollibee Rewards program is tailor-made to amplify the special sense of community that we share with them and thoughtfully reward them for their steadfast support and passion for our brand. We also invite brand newcomers to enjoy the many joyous perks that come with being a faithful Jollibee Friend as we continue to spread joy with every bite, every visit, every connection – and now, every new reward!”

Jollibee is kicking off the launch of its reward program by treating members who spend $35 or more to a $5 discount. The limited-time offer will run through November 15, 2024. In addition, referrals bring extra perks, such as earning 200 Jolly Points when a member’s friends or family members sign up.

David’s Bridal Announces Loyalty Program Expansion

David’s Bridal has expanded its Diamond Loyalty program to include the entire wedding party, offering exclusive benefits beyond the bride and groom. The company announced that all wedding party members can now access two new reward tiers, Glow Rewards and Glitter Rewards. The tiers have a lower threshold for earning perks and free gifts, such as discounts on bridesmaid dresses, accessories, shoes, and alterations. Members of the Diamond Loyalty program can also accumulate points for a free honeymoon or a trip for two.

David’s Bridal President of Brand, Technology, and Finance, Kelly Cook, said, “We know a third of bridesmaids are engaged brides, and almost half of brides are also bridesmaids. Diamond exclusive offers should be for everyone. Our brides no longer need to ‘pay it forward’ to everyone she loves, as the entire party can take advantage of amazing perks for unforgettable moments with rewards that can be earned faster than ever before.”

David’s Bridal first introduced the Diamond Loyalty Program in December 2020 and now has approximately three million members. Despite filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy twice, most recently in 2023, the company has managed to keep almost 200 stores open under new ownership by Cion Investment Corp. The loyalty program expansion is part of its strategy to rebuild and offer more value to its customers.
