e.l.f. Beauty has unveiled its Fiscal 2024 Impact Report, showcasing its goal to make beauty accessible while driving positive change for people, products, and the environment. The report highlights e.l.f.'s continued efforts across its brands, including e.l.f. Cosmetics, SKIN, Well People, Keys Soulcare, and NATURIUM. The company emphasizes its purpose-led and results-driven approach to build on the values of inclusivity, accessibility, and sustainability, which have been integral to its growth and success.
e.l.f. Beauty CEO and Chairman Tarang Amin stated, “Our Impact Report reflects on what e.l.f. Beauty has done to be bold disruptors with a kind heart. We also use this as an opportunity to set new aspirations along with metrics for how we’ll hold ourselves accountable. As a company, we have enjoyed more than five years of exceptional, consistent, industry-leading growth and it’s incredibly important that we use the wide-reaching platform we have to stand up for what we believe in and use it to make a positive difference.”
The report highlights initiatives surrounding sustainable practices, such as reducing packaging intensity, responsibly sourced packaging, and enhancing renewable energy use to reduce carbon emissions. Notable achievements in the report include e.l.f. Beauty’s leadership in diversity and inclusion, with more than 78% of its Board of Directors composed of women and 44% representing diverse backgrounds. Additionally, the company exceeds regulatory standards by banning more than 2,500 harmful ingredients and producing 85% of its products in Fair Trade Certified™ facilities.

Publix Contributes $1M Toward Hurricane Helene Disaster Relief
Publix Super Market Charities (PSMC) has announced a $1M donation to assist with disaster relief efforts from Hurricane Helene. The charitable arm of Publix Super Markets, Inc. is also encouraging its employees and customers to donate through a companywide campaign. Customers can donate however much they wish at checkout. The campaign will continue as long as there is a positive response from customers, and donations will support several nonprofit organizations, including the United Way, American Red Cross, and Florida Fund.
Kevin Murphy, Publix CEO, said, “We’re grateful to Publix Super Markets Charities for its donation to help the people and communities affected by Hurricane Helene. I’m proud of our over 255,000 associates who continue to take care of our customers and communities in times of need.”

Kwik Trip Launches EV Charging Options Across the Midwest
Kwik Trip has announced a new initiative to enhance its fuel offerings by introducing electric vehicle (EV) charging stations at select locations throughout the Midwest. The program, called Kwik Charge™, will feature Direct Current Fast Chargers (DCFCs) designed to meet the needs of EV drivers and travelers in the Midwest region. The Kwik Charge™ stations will be equipped with connectors compatible with Combined Charging Standard (CCS) and the North American Charging Standard (NACS), ensuring nearly all EVs can charge at their stations. Each charging station will offer up to 150kW of power when four vehicles are plugged in, with the potential for up to 400kW for a single vehicle.
Kwik Trip CEO and President Scott Zietlow said, “At Kwik Trip, our goal is to take care of all our guests. We are pleased to offer the Kwik Charge(TM) program to our guests who drive EVs. They will not only be able to charge their vehicle but can take advantage of all our quality offerings inside our stores.”
Kwik Trip also plans to launch a standalone mobile app, developed in partnership with Driivz, Inc., that allows users to track charger availability, pricing, and locations.
