Yatco Launches New Loyalty Program
Yatco Energy, a fast-growing New England-based chain of convenience stores, has launched Yatco Rewards on the Paytronix platform. Newton, Mass.-based Paytronix will provide the Yatco Rewards with loyalty, a branded mobile app, and, for three of the Yatco stores, order and delivery.

“Yatco Rewards will help create brand loyalty while incentivizing our customers to come into our stores more frequently and to spend more,” said Yatco Energy Vice President Hussein Yatim. “It also will give us a better idea of who our customers are, how often they visit and what they buy.”

Affirm Launches Cash Back Rewards
Affirm, the payment network that empowers consumers and helps merchants drive growth, today announced a set of updates to the Affirm App that bring consumers increased flexibility and purchasing power. Previously, consumers could use the Affirm App to shop online or in-store at virtually any retailer and pay over time — biweekly or monthly. With these updates to the Affirm App, consumers now also have the option to pay in full upfront at hundreds of merchants while earning rewards in the process, thanks to Affirm’s new Cash Back Rewards program.

“With the average consumer planning to spend nearly $650 on gifts this holiday season, we’re excited to offer a way for shoppers to earn while they spend,” said Greg Fisher, Chief Marketing Officer at Affirm. “Now whether consumers want to pay in full and earn cash back or pay later by choosing a schedule that’s best for them, Affirm can offer that choice and flexibility. Giving consumers the opportunity to earn rewards also increases engagement. Three in four consumers who used Affirm Cash Back in our pilot said they were interested in making a second transaction.”

Hyatt Rolls Out Room Keys in Apple Wallet
Hyatt Hotels Corporation (NYSE: H) announced the introduction of room keys in Apple Wallet across the first six participating U.S. hotels: Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort, Hyatt Centric Key West Resort & Spa, Hyatt House Chicago/West Loop-Fulton Market, Hyatt House Dallas/Richardson, Hyatt Place Fremont/Silicon Valley and Hyatt Regency Long Beach.

As the first hotel brand to offer room keys in Apple Wallet, World of Hyatt guests at participating locations can now seamlessly and securely tap their iPhone or Apple Watch to unlock guestrooms and key card-protected common areas like gyms, pools, and elevators – no need to open an app or handle a traditional plastic room key. This marks an important milestone as Hyatt continues to reimagine the guest experience through digital innovations, offering more control and flexibility during their stay.
