Michaels Revamps Loyalty Program to Reward Customers for Making More
Michaels has updated its Michaels Rewards loyalty program, which lets customers earn rewards through specific product purchases, bonus offers and seasonal promotions. To celebrate the update, Michaels Rewards members get $5 in rewards earned on a purchase of $25 or more through September 12.
“We are constantly looking to enhance the ways we engage with our customers as we expand our digital and omnichannel capabilities,” says Vidya Jwala, chief customer officer. “Our revamped loyalty program allows us to create long-term engagement with our Michaels Rewards members while strengthening our relationships with the Maker community.”

Chipotle Introduces Responsibly Sourced Apparel Collection, Including Upcycled Avocado Dyed Line
Chipotle has launched Chipotle Goods, a responsibly-sourced apparel collection made with organic cotton, as well as branded accessories available only for Chipotle Rewards Members. Some of the apparel offered includes avocado dyed t-shirts, sweatshirts, tote bags, jackets, hats, water bottles and more.

Ahold Delhaize To Halve Carbon Emissions from Operations and Reduce Value Chain Emissions in Coming Decade
Dutch retailer Ahold Delhaize announced its science-based climate targets for 2030, and the brand will halve its carbon emissions from its operations. The brand is partnering with suppliers and engaging consumers to reduce their emissions from the value chain by 15 percent by 2030.

First National Bank of Omaha and Ford Launch New FordPass™ Rewards Visa® Card
The First National Bank of Omaha and Ford Motor Company have launched a FordPass Rewards Visa Card. Members earn points when using the card for purchases at Ford dealership service centers. The points earned can be applied toward the purchase or lease of the customer’s next Ford vehicle, or for Ford service or parts.
