Logan International Airport Launches Loyalty Program
Logan International Airport is launching a new perks program to try to push some rewards for its frequent travelers. BOS Rewards is a free and secure passenger rewards, engagement and customer experience enhancement program. Passengers who enroll will earn points for rewards when they shop, dine and park at Logan Airport or use Logan Express.

Passengers can enroll in BOS Rewards program on the FlyLogan app or on the website. The program also offers a charitable component and allows enrolled passengers to donate points to several charities.

FreshDirect Launches First Loyalty Program
Online grocer FreshDirect announced the launch of its first shopper loyalty program. In the announcement, the company said it has selected digital marketing agency BAM Strategy to help build the program. The agency will be tasked with carrying out customer research to inform content and analytics strategy and will contribute branding expertise to the program.

BAM will also review FreshDirect’s current offerings to help figure out what opportunities the e-grocer can pursue as part of a loyalty program.

Tesla’s New Loyalty Program Launches in China
Tesla has launched a new “Ownership Loyalty Program” with some significant discounts. The program is currently only available in China and offers cashback rewards to current owners who want to upgrade.

Tesla is telling owners of all current models that if they decide to upgrade to a new vehicle, they will receive three incentives: half-price Full Self-Driving package, free Supercharging and Home Charging Service Package. The discount program adds up to $6000 USD in value.
