Walmart Pilots More Upscale Dining Experience As McDonald's Decamps
The BizJournals.com reports that Walmart is taking its in-store dining experience upscale, announcing a pilot partnership with la Madeleine French Bakery & Café less than a week after McDonald’s said it would close hundreds of its restaurants that are located inside Walmart stores.

The French Express prototype in partnership with Walmart will initially open in 10 test locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, with the first restaurant expected to open in Garland in July.

Newegg Shoppers Can Now Pay with Dogecoin
Newegg, one of the leading tech-focused e-retailers in North America, celebrated #DogeDay by announcing that the company now accepts Dogecoin as an official payment method on Newegg.com.

Newegg has been quick to embrace the shift to cryptocurrency. In 2014, the company was the first major e-retailer to accept Bitcoin for purchases made on the Newegg platform. Similarly, Newegg is among the first to enable customers to pay with Dogecoin while shopping online.
