Kroger Expands Rewards Flexibility with New Grocery Savings Option

Kroger is giving rewards members more control over how they save. Points earned through eligible purchases can now be redeemed for dollars off groceries in-store and online, in addition to fuel discounts at the pump. The update also simplifies the program’s language by replacing “Fuel Points” with “Points,” reflecting the broader range of redemption choices now available to customers. 

Members earn one Point for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases made with a rewards card in-store or online through Pickup or Delivery, with additional earning opportunities available on eligible gift cards, prescriptions and special Points events. Boost members can earn 2X Points on purchases and access additional benefits. For redemption, members can use 100 Points for 10 cents off per gallon on fuel, subject to program limits, or redeem 100 Points for $1 off groceries, up to $10 per day. Grocery rewards must be applied through a digital account on Kroger.com or the Kroger app before checkout.
