JetBlue recently unveiled TrueBlue Travel™, a major rebrand and expansion of its travel booking platform, previously known as Paisly by JetBlue. This new platform better aligns with JetBlue’s loyalty program by enabling a seamless travel planning experience. Members can now both redeem and earn TrueBlue points not only on flights, but also on hotel stays, car rentals, vacation packages, activities, theme park tickets, and travel accessories.
This transformation is part of JetBlue’s broader JetForward strategy, which emphasizes building a more resilient, profitable, and customer-centric business. The rebrand isn't just cosmetic: it widens loyalty value by letting members use their points across a wider travel spectrum.
Beyond expanding redemption options, TrueBlue Travel introduces exclusive member benefits such as personalized deals, member-only savings, and a user-friendly interface. Importantly, logging in with a TrueBlue account, or linking an upcoming flight, unlocks deeper savings and tailored suggestions, and all bookings include 24/7 access to support via the Helpful Humans team.
“TrueBlue Travel is a major step forward in our mission to make loyalty more meaningful,” said Ed Pouthier, Vice President of Loyalty and Personalization at JetBlue. It empowers TrueBlue members with greater flexibility, added perks, and more integrated booking capabilities—reinforcing the airline’s commitment to convenience and value through loyalty.
