Here is the list of eight Featured Columnists and their respective areas of focus:

Craig Dempster, EVP, Chief Marketing Officer, Merkle (Column Focus: Marketer’s Impact on the Enterprise).

Dempster told Loyalty 360 that he’s a long-time advocate of loyalty marketing and customer-centric business strategies.

“I visualize CRM from the viewpoints of both a traditionalist and a technologist,” he said. “Drawing on an extensive direct and database marketing background, my contributions to Loyalty Management will explore customer strategy in today’s age of Big Data, advanced analytics and technology. I will offer insights on customer-centric imperatives that CMOs should be focusing on this year to improve customer relationships, increase ROI, and drive shareholder value.”

Michael Hemsey, President of Kobie Marketing (Column Focus: Omni-Channel).

Hemsey told Loyalty 360 that the loyalty world has been reshaped by today's always addressable consumer and the many engagement channels through which brands and loyalty marketers strive to deliver a comprehensive and engaging customer experience.

“As a Loyalty 360 Featured Columnist, I hope to create discussions around the structural underpinnings of loyalty, including the convergence of loyalty and CRM and its relationship to omnichannel loyalty, customer experience and engagement, and the ongoing data deluge that continues to both excite and challenge brands across all verticals,” Hemsey said.

Tim Suther, Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer, Acxiom (Column Focus: Data & Analytics).

Suther told Loyalty 360 that his columns will focus on the powerful potential of data to strengthen connections between people, businesses and their partners -- connections that enable better living for people and better results for the people who serve them.

Loyalty 360 readers can benefit from Suther’s columns because they will “connect and analyze online, offline, customer and partner data to help organizations better know their customers. Connect and personalize customer experiences across channels and partners, and over time help organizations better engage.
