Today marks the first full day of Engagement & Experience Expo 2016, Loyalty360’s three-day conference dedicated to the best in customer experience, engagement, and loyalty. Through a robust slate of best-in-class speakers and interactive discussions, attendees will learn about the latest theories, best practices, relevant case studies, emerging trends and strategies that drive measurable behavioral change and quantifiable results.
“Engagement & Experience Expo brings together some of the top voices in customer experience for three days of insight, networking, and foresight regarding the shifting landscape of the CX industry,” said Mark Johnson, CEO of Loyalty360. “This year’s show, set against the mountains of Denver, aims to be our best yet. We can’t wait to provide attendees with an experience that can’t be found anywhere else in the space.”
Providing experiences that engage customers –and keep them engaged is more important today than ever before. Creating increasingly relevant, personal and customized experiences to build deep, sustainable and reciprocal bonds with customers is what will set brands apart from their competition. By elevating the experience and leading your customers down the path of engagement, you can develop long-term mutually beneficial relationships and brand advocates on the journey to loyalty.
These speakers will come together from top brands including Driven Brands, US Bank, and UnitedHealthcare, to share their stories and offer insight over the course of the expo, located at the Marriott City Center in the heart of Denver, Colorado.
In addition to these informative sessions, the Engagement & Experience Expo is home to the Loyalty360 Customer Experience Awards. Recognizing the best in CX and engagement, these awards have come to be among the most respected accolades in the market. Past winners include Wyndham Rewards, Dell, and Kellogg’s.
Finalists in each of the seven categories will have the opportunity to present their case at Engagement & Experience Expo 2016, with audience members voting for winners and the awards being given out at a ceremony later in the week. In addition to these categories, top-performing finalists will also be competing for the 360-Degree Award for overall excellence. These 360-Degree Awards will be given in both U.S. and International divisions, rewarding top CX providers both in America and across the globe.
