Today marks the first full day of Engagement & Experience Expo 2016, Loyalty360’s three-day conference dedicated to the best in customer experience, engagement, and loyalty. Finalists in each of the seven categories will have the opportunity to present their case at Engagement & Experience Expo 2016, with audience members voting for winners and the awards being given out at a ceremony later in the week. In addition to these categories, top-performing finalists will also be competing for the 360-Degree Award for overall excellence. These 360-Degree Awards will be given in both U.S. and International divisions, rewarding top CX providers both in America and across the globe.
