Now Ysance plans to further accelerate the development of its first-party data management platform after recently receiving €5 million in funding from Creadev, a private equity firm controlled by the Mulliez family.

Creadev is currently the sole investor in a project that will support Ysance’s research, development efforts, and the expansion of its European sales team.

The idea is to exceed the limitations of existing first generation "audience-centric" DMPs, which Ysance has extensive experience with.Digital transformation

These outdated systems were designed to target specific segments of online users. However, the rapid pace of digital transformation and the mobile modernization of customer engagement have already outpaced most current platforms' capabilities to engage unique individuals across multiple channels and touchpoints, both online and offline.

"Targeting online advertising audience segments is one thing; ensuring a given individual is consistently recognized and addressed onsite, offsite, in-store, at home and on the go, every time, in just milliseconds, is another,” said Florent Thomann, a Creadev Director. "We believe Ysance's distinctive Cloud data hub will become essential to companies who wish to entrust their digital transformation to a custom business Cloud built with best-of-breed technologies."

To reflect the current state of marketing and digital customer engagement, Ysance’s new Digital Data Factory DMP was built from the ground up. Through an "individual-centric" real-time Cloud-based data hub, Ysance will allow brands to engage with individual customers across every touch point.

Ultimately, this will seamlessly integrate display ads, websites, mobile apps, e-commerce funnels, in-store interactions, point-of-sale receipts, service professional call center conversations, emails, social media posts, and loyalty programs.
