Coca-Cola Launches New Platform, Empowering Retail and Restaurant Partners with Data-Driven Insights

Coca-Cola North America introduced a new platform, Coca-Cola Lens, to provide retail and restaurant partners with valuable consumer insights and industry trends in a growing and quickly evolving marketplace.
 
Coca-Cola Lens contains a library of 16 thought leadership articles that delve into shopper behavior and macroeconomic trends and offers a glimpse at what can be expected for the future. Articles are authored by Coca-Cola’s internal experts and enhanced by data from proprietary internal tools and reputable third-party sources. Topics covered include the rise of premium water, the purchasing power of multicultural consumers, and the impact of digital ordering technologies.
 
The platform goes beyond insights to render revenue-boosting suggestions on optimizing restaurant menus and curating cold vault inventories. The content is presented in an easily digestible format and enriched with charts, graphics, and images. Coca‑Cola plans to add four to six new articles each quarter, with each reflecting customer and associate feedback.

With a customer base of more than 250,000 retail stores and 500,000 food service outlets, Coca-Cola North America has a longstanding history of fostering growth through value-added partnerships. The new platform will enable Coca-Cola to help anticipate customers’ needs while planning ahead.
 
Coca‑Cola Lens debuted ahead of the 2024 National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago, which was held May 18-21, 2024. Show attendees learned more about the Coca-Cola Lens platform during the “Data and Dining: Feeding Growth with Actionable Insights” session.
