Clarabridge, Inc., the leading provider of intelligent Customer Experience Management (CEM) solutions for the world’s top brands, today announced that Nithi Vivatrat has been appointed Chief Product Officer (CPO). A former member of the company’s Board of Directors and co-founder of Claraview, Clarabridge’s spin-off parent company, Vivatrat will report directly to Clarabridge CEO Sid Banerjee.
As CPO, Vivatrat will lead the product management team and forge the long-term strategy and direction of Clarabridge’s offerings. Working closely with the company’s engineering, services, and support teams and directly with Clarabridge customers, Vivatrat will define the product roadmap and identify complementary technologies and capabilities that will allow Clarabridge to continue its leadership in enterprise-class CEM. Nithi’s hire comes on the heels of an $80 million private equity investment in Clarabridge by General Catalyst Partners, Summit Partners, and Unica founder, Yuchun Lee, to drive the next phase of CEM.

After graduating from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Vivatrat started his career at MicroStrategy, where he held a variety of roles within technology, business development, and product management. From there, Vivatrat co-founded Claraview, a consulting firm specializing in business intelligence and data warehousing that was acquired by Teradata Corporation in 2008. He has since held management roles at technology firms serving the defense and intelligence sectors, and maintained positions on the Boards of Directors for Clarabridge and the Project on Government Oversight. He is a co-author of two patents relating to the text analytics components of the Clarabridge technology platform.
