Ciceron Creates Facebook App for Hunger Action Month

Minneapolis-based digital strategy firm Ciceron has launched an application to help Feeding America raise awareness of Hunger Action Month.

Ciceron has worked with Feeding America on a variety of different campaigns over the years, and following the success of their 2012 Hunger Action Month campaign, they were more than happy to getstarted on this year’s campaign, focused on giving people different ways to get involved and make an impact.

Ciceron designed and developed a Facebook application, which functions as a food bank locator, and an “action-tracking” map of the U.S. that is displayed on the landing page. Users are encouraged to take as many actions as they can to turn their state orange and show their support.

“Working with the passionate team at Feeding America on this annual campaign is always a pleasure,” said Scott Conlin, Client Services Manager. “Each year, we continue to expand on the successes from past campaigns, and are honored to be working with them on such an important cause.”

Ciceron has many years of experience working with Feeding America, and is currently in the middle of their 2013 Hunger Action Month campaign: “Together We Can Solve Hunger”.
