In the world of customer engagement, convenience is often king. Some brands may purport to offer a great product, service, or value, but if customers have to jump through too many hoops to get it, it’s very likely that a lack of customer loyalty will ensue.
This same idea also holds true for loyalty programs as well. If a loyalty program is too clunky and too confusing, then many customers will not sufficiently engage. Further, increased competition has also added another obstacle that must be overcome.

So far, members can use Cardtrix to collect rewards from Ireland’s biggest loyalty programs. This includes Tesco Clubcard, Dunnes Stores, Boots, SuperValu, Brown Thomas, Eason’s, Arnotts, Debenhams, Nandos, Costa Coffee, Topaz, Applegreen and Intercontinental Hotel Group.
In addition to hassle free loyalty program organization, simplified access, and an easy rewards collection mechanism, Cardtrix will bring even more convenience by filtering out unwanted promotional messages and spam emails.
