Bank of America and U.S. Soccer Forge Historic Long-Term Partnership

The U.S. Soccer Federation and Bank of America recently announced a long-term partnership, with Bank of America becoming the first Official Bank Partner for the 27 U.S. National Teams, including both the U.S. Women's and Men's Senior National Teams. In addition, the bank will serve as a Founding Level Partner of the Arthur M. Blank U.S. Soccer National Training Center, set to open in Atlanta in 2026.

Bank of America Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Digital Officer David Tyrie said, “Together, with U.S. Soccer and its 27 National Teams, we’re eager to further fuel the growth of soccer, and help passionate fans, families, and businesses around the world to reach their goals. Our investments in the U.S. Soccer Federation and in soccer overall provide unique and ongoing opportunities to build client relationships, engage our teammates, and drive positive economic impact, locally and globally, as the most popular sport in the world takes center stage over the next two years and beyond.”

U.S. Soccer Chief Commercial Officer David Wright added, “This landmark partnership marks one of the largest long-term investments in U.S. Soccer history and Bank of America’s global leadership will help catapult our sport. Bank of America shares our commitment to growing the game, investing in female leaders, and significantly bolstering our efforts in service to soccer on all fronts.”

Bank of America is uniquely positioned as a strategic partner and leader during a pivotal time for U.S. Soccer, with major events on the horizon. The bank will play a key role in the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup and the 2026 FIFA Men’s World Cup, which will be held in 21 U.S. cities and viewed by a global audience. In 2028, soccer will gain additional attention in the Olympic Games in Los Angeles.

Bank of America and U.S. Soccer will introduce “SheInvests” as part of the partnership, a program designed to encourage and support women in investing. The program will expand financial literacy and empower women to take control of their financial futures, complementing U.S. Soccer’s existing SheBelieves platform, which has supported young women and girls for the past decade in their athletic and personal goals.

Bank of America will also support other U.S. Soccer initiatives, including U.S. Soccer House, an exciting fan engagement hub during the 2026 FIFA World Cup, and the annual Fan Appreciation Match. The bank will also contribute to U.S. Soccer’s Insiders Program and Play It Forward Community Clinics, with more projects to be announced.

The new partnership makes Bank of America U.S. Soccer’s 16th strategic partner and its ninth new partner since the Federation brought its commercial rights in-house in 2023.
