Like many brands across the QSR industry, Pancheros is also joining the wide array of organizations looking to integrate the latest customer engagement technologies.
Regardless of the products or services in question, most modern consumers now demand a customer experience that is digital, convenient, and literally ready at the push of a mobile button. And Pancheros understands that merely offering a delectable array of quesadillas, tacos, burrito bowls, and salads is no longer enough to satiate a discerning new breed of fast-casual diners and demanding customers.
Therefore, in a move to offer a more relevant customer experience, Pancheros has enlisted the help of the PAR Technology Corporation to integrate a new Brink POS Software customer service solution.
PAR, which already provides a powerful suite of guest management capabilities for both government and business entities across the entrepreneurial spectrum, will design a cloud-based POS platform to introduce a new line of customer loyalty and digital ordering mechanisms into Pancheros’ repertoire of customer engagement tools.

In addition to offering a wider array of loyalty program and online ordering options, Brink POS will allow Pancheros to share customer data throughout its network of 65 restaurants across the country.
And since the company plans to continue its expansion with the addition of 10 new locations soon, Pancheros is also interested in integrating PAR’s remote training technology as well.
In this way, PAR will assist in Pancheros’ expansion and provide greater visibility for the brand going forward.
