Hotels and airlines have traditionally rewarded business travellers with a host of enticing rewards and engaging customer experiences, so why can’t a telecommunications company do the same? With the exciting launch of a new loyalty program called the Ooredoo Business Club, that is exactly what Ooredoo has set out to accomplish.
Formerly known as the Qtel Group, Ooredoo is a major telecommunications provider that offers an array of wireless and mobile business solutions for both domestic and international travelers across Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, Maldives, Algeria, and Palestinian territories. And the launch of the Ooredoo Business Club is part of the organization’s ongoing pledge to offer an inspiring customer experience.
“This latest initiative to reward business customers for their loyalty falls in line with the company’s goal of delivering the best telecommunications services in the Sultanate,” said Al Shanfari, Ooredoo Director of Business Marketing. “The Club provides members with all the support they need at home, in the office or while travelling overseas, and facilitates doing business anywhere and at any time as well as offering some great ways to relax away from the office.”
The Ooredoo Business Club will offer it’s Business Club platinum members a number of rewards that will help travelers reach their destinations with comfort and convenience. Those traveling between their destination and the Muscat Airport will receive complimentary luxury pick-up and drop-off services and a variety of “fast-track” services that will allow Ooredoo customers to avoid many common and time-consuming airport procedures.
In addition to various discounts and promotional offers, loyalty program members will also gain unrestricted access to Regus business lounges and international access to Plaza Premium Lounges across Oman, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Malaysia, India, and Canada.
Further signifying its commitment to cater to an exclusive customer class that enjoys and benefits from rewards that assist a variety of business interactions, the Ooredoo Business Club has also formed a partnership with the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Muscat. This will allow members to gain free access to meeting rooms and room upgrades.
A similar deal struck with Uniboats will also allow members to use furnished offices at reduced individual and corporate rates.
