Kohl’s Launches Yes2You, Says Yes to Increased Customer Engagement and Rewards

Kohl’s Department Stores recently announced the nationwide launch of Yes2You RewardsTM, its foray into driving a deeper and more personalized relationship and shopping experience for customers at Kohl’s stores and Kohls.com

Yes2You Rewards provides customers with more savings opportunities, as points can now be earned for every purchase. By allowing points to be accrued through both in-store and online purchases, Kohl’s aims to facilitate a seamless, omnichannel experience that is increasingly tailored as the customers engage with the program.

“Kohl’s is taking a true leadership position in retail loyalty, building on our decades of experience with our successful Kohl’s Charge platform and the personal connections we make in stores and online with millions of customers every day,” Michelle Gass, Kohl’s chief customer officer said in a press release. “We are confident in the potential of Yes2You Rewards as we have been testing variations of the program for two years and have enrolled more than 10 million members in the pilot phase alone.”

The program centers around 3 main pillars: save, share, and surprise. Members will receive one reward point for every dollar spent, and a $5 reward for every 100 points earned, with no limits on points. Additionally, members get eight savings offers per year, a birthday gift, and will be alerted about exclusive bonus point opportunities.

Members can also share Yes2You Rewards points with friends and family who are registered for the program. Yes2You even allows members to donate points to Kohl’s Cares, which supports children’s health and education initiatives nationwide.

Finally, Kohl’s Yes2You program promises “surprises along the way.”

Customers can enroll in Yes2You Rewards in any Kohl’s store nationwide, online at Kohls.com/Rewards or through the Kohl’s mobile app. In addition to the launch of Yes2You Rewards, Kohl’s expanded its mobile wallet to accommodate the program, so members can track, redeem, and share points via this platform.
