Kobie Marketing, a recognized leader in loyalty marketing, recently announced a new addition to bolster its retail expertise.

Erica Thompson Moran has joined the company as Retail Advisory Consultant, bringing 20 years of experience in the retail marketing industry. Specifically, Erica has significant experience in CRM, loyalty programs, ecommerce, and digital marketing. In her new role at Kobie, Erica will be involved with the retail practice team as a mentor overseeing its growth, as well as serve as an adviser to retail clients.

“We are thrilled to welcome Erica to the Kobie family,” Bram Hechtkopf, Vice President of Business Development and Marketing for Kobie, said in a release. “Her extensive background in retail marketing is the perfect complement to Kobie’s strategic growth. By having Erica on board to take our retail practice to the next level, we will strengthen our position as a leader in the loyalty industry.”

Erica comes to Kobie with an impressive resume in the retail space. Most recently, she worked as an independent consultant advising retailers on strategy and implementation for loyalty programs, CRM and ecommerce. Prior to that, she was the Senior Vice President of Stride Rite and held senior-level marketing positions at PetSmart, New York & Company, HSN, and Tweeter Home Entertainment. She also worked for seven years at the Walt Disney Company, where she held various business strategy and marketing roles. In March 2012, Erica was named one of the Top Women in Cross Channel Retail by Retail Online Integration.
