Jet Airways, India’s premier international airline, was adjudged the winner of the coveted Customer & Brand Loyalty Award 2011 in the “Domestic Commercial Airlines Sector” for the fourth consecutive year at a gala award ceremony at Intercontinental, The Lalit, Mumbai. The award was received by Ms. Sonu Kripalani, Vice President Passenger Sales, Jet Airways in the presence of an august gathering of industry stalwarts. The 4th Loyalty Summit Awards held on 27th & 28th January 2011, were presented by Carlson Marketing.

The Customer & Brand Loyalty Awards are the outcome of a combination of extensive Consumer Research undertaken in six Indian cities with a sample of 25,000 plus consumers aided by nominations received from organisations. The Nielsen Company is accredited with the Research for the Awards Nominees & the Winners.
