IHG Business Rewards is a convenient and valuable program that allows members to take advantage of a “global catalogue” of rewards. A single account will enable travelers to collect points at nearly 5,000 IHG hotels without booking restrictions, blackout dates, or a minimum qualifying spend.

In addition to exchanging points for a variety of IHG merchandise, dining gift certificates, electronic products, digital downloads, free internet access, and a host of exclusive promotions, the program also allows members to turn points into cash vouchers that can be used in conjunction with over 400 airlines.

Points and rewards can also be earned by booking rooms and events on behalf of others, which is a further incentive for companies seeking to host conferences, business meetings, or other important functions.

IHG Business Rewards contains three distinct membership levels and its structure lets members quickly rise in status. Members earn three points for every $1USD and begin at the initial Club level. Gold Elite is earned after members accumulate 20,000 points and it comes with a 10% bonus in base points. 60,000 points qualifies for Platinum Elite, which comes with a 50% bonus, guaranteed room availability, and complementary upgrades.
