Frequent flyers of both JetBlue and Hawaiian Airlines are now able to Codeshare their frequent flyer points on both airlines. This Codeshare was made possible by the expanding relationship between the two airlines. Constitutes of both frequent flyer programs will be able to earn and redeem loyalty points or miles for travel on either airline. Connections between the East Coast and Hawaii will be made simpler by having several connections on the East Coast and throughout Hawaii. Frequent flyers for JetBlue can connect from Boston, Buffalo, Charlotte, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando and Raleigh/Durham and make seamless connections to Honolulu or onto Kauai, Maui, or the Hawaiian Island via Hawaiian Airlines. JetBlue’s TrueBlue frequent flyers can get one point for every two miles flown on eligible Hawaiian flights, at the same time Hawaiian Miles frequent flyers are able earn mile for mile on all eligible JetBlue flights. The biggest stipulation is that the frequent flyers from either participating airline must call either JetBlue or Hawaiian Airlines reservations desks to give their TrueBlue or HawaiianMiles number into their itinerary before their travels.
"We are pleased to see our partnership with Hawaiian continue to blossom and we look forward to sharing our home at JFK," said Scott Resnick, JetBlue's director of alliances and partnerships. "Hawaiian's Aloha spirit pairs nicely with JetBlue's award-winning customer service, providing customers an enjoyable travel experience from start to finish."i
With this new partnership in place it makes the dream of a Hawaiian getaway much more attainable. This way more people can enjoy the sun and surf and the award-winning customer service that JetBlue is synonymous with.
