White Castle has upgraded its customer loyalty program, Craver Nation® Rewards, to offer enhanced perks and points and deepen customer engagement. The new loyalty program introduces a points system and tiered rewards, allowing members to earn points by purchasing menu items or completing fun challenges such as trying new products or visiting White Castle during late-night hours.
The revamped Craver Nation Rewards now features three levels: Adventurer, Champion, and Legend. Each unlocks new quests, badges, and rewards as members progress through each level. Members can complete missions for special perks and exclusive benefits.
According to White Castle’s digital marketing manager, Aaron Lahman, the program encourages more interaction by shifting away from the traditional points-for-rewards structure, making it more dynamic and engaging.
Lahman said, “We're not using the typical earn-and-burn strategy where customers simply earn points and exchange them for rewards. While this newest iteration of our program still offers rewards, it lends itself to more engagement with our Cravers. It's more like a game where they complete quests to earn badges and unlock new tiers to get special perks, rewards and exclusive benefits not available to nonmembers.”
New reward members receive $5 off their initial mobile order while existing members get a 20% discount. Members also enjoy exclusive offers, like a free birthday dessert and seasonal promotions. Craver Nation members can claim two free small drinks by purchasing a Cheesy 10 Sack.
