Canadian brands WestJet and TELUS have partnered to integrate their loyalty programs, offering Canadians greater flexibility and value. Members of WestJet Rewards and TELUS Rewards can now link their accounts to seamlessly earn, transfer, and redeem points across both platforms. The collaboration unlocks travel and connectivity perks, including WestJet seat selection vouchers and TELUS Roaming Passes.

Through the linked rewards platforms, members gain new earning and redemption options. TELUS customers can now earn WestJet dollars through their monthly bills, and WestJet points can be redeemed toward TELUS products and services. Additionally, TELUS Rewards points can be converted into WestJet points to be used for flights, vacation packages, and more via the new WestJet Rewards eStore. Members who link their accounts by November 30, 2025, are also entered for a chance to win an all-inclusive WestJet vacation to Mexico.

WestJet VP of Loyalty & Strategic Partnerships, Steve McClelland, said, “Together, WestJet and TELUS are showing what’s possible when Canadian companies come together to put members first – prioritizing affordability and enhancing how Canadians earn, redeem, and save. Whether booking WestJet flights and vacations, upgrading TELUS services, or staying connected on the go, this partnership empowers Canadians to get more from their rewards with everyday value.”

TELUS Consumer Solutions Executive VP and President, Zainul Mawji, said, “By combining TELUS’ leadership in connectivity with WestJet’s excellence in travel, we’re providing our customers with more value for their loyalty and creating a seamless ecosystem that rewards them in new and meaningful ways. TELUS Rewards members can transform their everyday connectivity into memorable travel experiences, and WestJet Rewards members can redeem their points for TELUS services like innovative streaming bundles, smart home products, internet, mobile phones, and more. Together, we’re creating an integrated experience that adds value to how our members live, work, and explore.”

The partnership builds on major loyalty program overhauls announced by both companies in 2025. TELUS launched a tier-based rewards system that grants exclusive benefits based on product usage, while WestJet introduced its most significant rewards update in 15 years, simplifying how members earn and redeem points. Together, the brands hope to create a unified experience that transforms routine spending on travel and connectivity into meaningful rewards.
