Sweetgreen Launches Its Highest-Protein Menu Yet
Sweetgreen has introduced its most protein-packed entrée to date, the Power Max Protein Bowl, along with two new Caramelized Garlic Steak dishes, expanding its lineup of high-protein offerings. Available through December 15, 2025, the launch reflects the brand’s focus on bold flavors, premium ingredients, and continued culinary innovation. With the addition of these items, Sweetgreen now features 12 entrées containing over 30 grams of protein, with the Power Max Protein Bowl setting a new record at 106 grams.
Sweetgreen Chief Commercial Officer Zipporah Allen said, “Sweetgreen has always focused on delivering fresh, crave-worthy food made from high-quality ingredients. Consumers are thinking about protein more than ever, and our Power Max Protein Bowl and Caramelized Garlic Steak entrées meet that moment with real ingredients, bold flavor, and the quality guests expect from Sweetgreen.”
Made with four servings of antibiotic-free roasted chicken, double portions of herbed quinoa and spicy broccoli, and finished with Green Goddess Ranch, the Power Max Protein Bowl is available exclusively through Sweetgreen’s app, website, and in-store kiosks. Designed as a convenient pickup or delivery option, the bowl supports customers’ growing interest in nutrient tracking and high-protein meals. Responding to strong enthusiasm for its steak debut in 2024, Sweetgreen is also introducing two new dishes featuring Caramelized Garlic Steak. The grass-fed, pasture-raised steak is seasoned with a garlic spice blend, roasted for a caramelized exterior, and finished with olive oil and herbs. The Steak Mezze Plate pairs the savory steak with rice, hummus, pickled onion, fresh vegetables, and a lime-cilantro-jalapeno vinaigrette, delivering 34 grams of protein. Meanwhile, the Steak Honey Crunch Bowl combines romaine, quinoa, tangy pickled onions, tomatoes, and hot honey mustard sauce with garlic breadcrumbs for 33 grams of protein.

Southeastern Grocers Donates Turkeys and Holiday Meals Across Florida
Southeastern Grocers (SEG), the parent company of Harveys Supermarket and Winn-Dixie, is sharing “helpings of hope” this holiday season by donating Thanksgiving turkeys and full holiday meals to more than 7,000 individuals and families facing food insecurity. With over 3.2 million Floridians, including 800,000 children, struggling with hunger, SEG has partnered with a wide network of food banks and community organizations to ease the burden during the holidays. These partners include Feeding America affiliates across the state, local ministries, youth foundations, veteran support groups, and community centers dedicated to helping neighbors in need.
Chairman and CEO of Southeastern Grocers, Anthony Hucker, said, “The holidays are meant to be a time of warmth, love, and connection, but for many families, it’s also a time of uncertainty about how they’ll provide meals for their loved ones. No one should have to face that kind of hardship, especially during a season built around togetherness. As a neighborhood grocer, we have a responsibility to uplift our neighbors, bring hope to those who are struggling, and embrace the power of compassion and community. By sharing meals and moments of kindness, we remind our neighbors that they’re not alone. Together, we can make this season a little brighter for everyone.”
In addition to its charitable contributions, SEG is helping customers stretch their holiday budgets with in-store savings, expanded holiday Price Hold items, and rewards through its customer loyalty program. Shoppers can also order holiday meals online for added convenience, and the grocer is offering a $39.99 Holiday Meal Deal designed for simple and affordable entertaining. To honor its employees, all Harveys Supermarket and Winn-Dixie locations will close on Thanksgiving Day, giving associates the opportunity to enjoy the holiday with loved ones before returning to normal hours on November 28.

Numa Unveils Industry-First Voice AI Smart Inbox for Dealerships
Numa has introduced a groundbreaking Voice AI Smart Inbox designed to transform how dealerships manage customer communications. Unlike traditional call-handling bots, this system connects every voice interaction to a centralized AI-powered inbox that stores customer history, prior messages, and team notes. The result is a more intelligent, coordinated response to customer needs, combining automated support with timely human involvement for faster service and improved customer satisfaction.
Numa CEO and Co-Founder Tasso Roumeliotis said, “A phone-only AI solution is incomplete. Dealerships don’t just need calls answered; they need context, coordination, and accountability across service advisors, BDC, and parts. Numa’s Smart Inbox makes Voice AI actually useful inside the dealership.”
What sets Numa’s approach apart is its ability to interpret every conversation within the broader context of the customer’s relationship with the dealership. Voice AI Agents collaborate in real time with service advisors, BDC representatives, and parts teams, helping route tasks, categorize conversations, and flag sensitive issues. Dealership leaders report that this integrated workflow gives managers instant clarity into inquiries and complaints, streamlining coaching and reducing the time required to understand each customer’s situation. With full mobile access, entire dealership teams can respond from anywhere, eliminating delays and ensuring consistent communication. Early adopters report complete call coverage, quicker customer responses, smoother service operations, and improved CSI scores. Already supporting more than 1,000 dealerships, Numa’s Smart Inbox represents a major advancement in coordinated, AI-enhanced customer engagement for the automotive industry.
