Pancheros Teams with DoorDash on Limited-Time Free Delivery
QSRmagazine.com says Pancheros Mexican Grill is celebrating the start of summer with a weeklong special promotion for its loyal fans. Between June 21 and 27, the fast-casual Mexican chain is offering free delivery when guests place orders on the Pancheros app or on Pancheros.com.

“Our fans see huge value in using our app because of the ways we reward them for their loyalty. This promotion is another way we want to show them how much we appreciate their devotion to Pancheros,” says Ryan Murrin, Chief Marketing Officer for Pancheros Mexican Grill.
 
Kohl’s announces huge sale to compete with Amazon’s Prime Day
NJ.com reports that Kohl’s is the latest big-box retailer to announce it will hold a massive sale during Amazon’s extremely popular Prime Day 2021, which is a mega online shopping event exclusive to members.

The department store said it have a “WOW Deals” shopping event starting Monday, June 21 through June 22 (the same as Amazon’s Prime Day time slot). The Kohl’s sale will feature “epic savings on hundreds of products” across the home, toys, beauty and apparel categories. New deals will be available each day, online and in stores.
 
Fifth Third Bank, Employees, Customers Provide More Than 4.6 Million Meals for Families
Fifth Third Bank’s annual “Feeding Our Communities” initiative provided more than 4.6 million meals in May to fight hunger across its footprint. The monthlong effort involved virtual volunteer activities by employees and monetary donations, including customer-purchased Shield of Recognition sales.

Feeding America®, the nation’s largest domestic hunger-relief organization which has a network of 200 food banks across the country, projects that 42 million people, including 13 million children, may experience food insecurity in 2021. Many individuals most affected by the pandemic were food insecure or at risk of food insecurity before COVID-19 and are facing greater hardship since COVID-19.
