    James is a talented entrepreneurial marketing leader, with over 16 years of progressive experience driving business development and translating customer insights into actionable communication plans for Fortune 500, national and regional brands. He recently utilized his data science skills to develop the Useful Brand Report, a study in which T3 asked 5,500 consumers to rate the world’s leading brands according to how well they perform. From this study, T3 identified 14 elements of a Useful Brand – broken down into seven elements of brand Relationship and another seven on Performance. He has also worked on some of T3's most popular and nationally recognized innovations, such as Hands-Free Tinder and the Staples Easy Button.
