Lotto Payment Association (LPA) is an electronic payment company formed to meet the needs of the changing lottery payment environment and emerging digital iLottery. LPA’s brand is BuyLottoNow. BuyLottoNow is an exchange that converts consumers 3rd party loyalty program points to currency to purchase lottery tickets as well as offers a closed loop debit card system to provide the lowest fees per transaction.

BuyLottoNow connects two markets; loyalty and lottery. Consumers with a BuyLottoNow account can pay for lottery either digitally when playing iLottery, or at vending machines and POS using a magstripe card. Consumers fund their BuyLottNow purchases by redeeming 3rd party loyalty program points for currency in their enrolled BuyLottoNow account or by making an electronic funds transfer from their checking account.
