Kroger Health, a subsidiary of The Kroger Co., is offering Kroger Plus loyalty members a free 30-minute virtual nutrition coaching session with a registered dietitian from Kroger Health. The initiative is designed to help customers take charge of their health and achieve their wellness goals.
Customers are often unsure where to start when it comes to healthy eating. OptUP™ Your Nutrition is an easy way for them to connect with a registered dietitian for personalized coaching on topics like healthy eating, budget-friendly meal planning, and shopping tips that make nutritious choices both simple and enjoyable. Dietitians will also introduce the FoodHealth Score powered by bitewell, which rates products according to their nutrient density and ingredient quality, as well as MyNutrition Insights, a tool that helps customers understand and track the nutritional value of their purchases.
