KAY Jewelers is giving its century-old brand a modern makeover with the launch of Love All In, a new platform designed to reflect how consumers experience love, connection and self-expression today. The relaunch builds on KAY’s longstanding association with romance while moving beyond traditional milestones to recognize a wider range of relationships and meaningful moments. The transformation spans a new brand identity and advertising campaign, redesigned digital experience, refreshed stores, and an evolving product assortment that puts greater emphasis on self-expression, gifting, custom products, and men’s jewelry. KAY is also simplifying its assortment by approximately 20% within categories.
The new platform debuted September 8 with “Fall In,” a 60-second campaign film set to Charli XCX’s “Everything is Romantic” featuring Caroline Polachek. KAY is extending the campaign beyond advertising with cultural activations spanning fashion and sports, including a Public School NY jacket featuring more than 500 KAY diamonds, an interactive Diamond Truth Booth, a consumer contest and an appearance tied to Drew Brees receiving the Pro Football Hall of Fame Ring of Excellence. Together, the initiatives signal KAY’s effort to maintain its heritage in bridal and milestone jewelry while making the brand more relevant to a new generation of consumers.
