pOpshelf recently held a customer service event across its locations in 21 states. The retail store is also unveiling a revamped loyalty program, enhanced mobile app, and a refreshed store format. During the event, which was held on October 19, 2024, the retailer distributed free product samples and 20% off coupons to the first 50 customers.
pOpshelf Senior Vice President Pooh Vichidvongsa said, “We are excited to celebrate our appreciation event across all our stores and welcome customers to experience the numerous updates to our in-store offerings. Keeping the customer at the center of all we do, we continue to provide exciting new options to increase pOpshelf’s joyful and fun experience, whether customers are in the store or on-the-go. From our new customer loyalty program and the updated app to exciting changes in our store format, these updates truly reflect our ongoing commitment to adapt to our customers’ wants and needs.”
The updates to the loyalty program include 10 points for every dollar spent and a $5 reward anytime a member accumulates 1,000 points. Other perks include double point days and a 15% birthday reward. pOpshelf will launch the new loyalty program by the end of the year and will be accessible through the retailer’s updated app. Customers who download the app and join the loyalty program will receive 400 bonus points. They will also get 400 points when creating an account and 200 points for finishing their profile.
The app is now available for both iOS and Android users. Customers can explore seasonal décor ideas, crafts, and more. The app also offers the convenience of online shopping with in-store pickup options.
pOpshelf has refreshed its store layouts to enhance the customer and shopping experience. Customers will find a variety of new offerings, including branded cosmetics, home décor, DIY options, toys, and specialty items for pets.
