Loyalty360, The Association for Customer Loyalty, is proud to share the winners of the 2024 Loyalty360 Awards, which were announced on June 6 during Loyalty360’s Loyalty Expo in Orlando, Florida. The awards recognize brands that are building stronger and deeper loyalty with their customers in a proactive, meaningful, and—most importantly—measurable way. Loyalty360 awarded finalists in various categories that each represent a key facet of a brand’s customer loyalty focus.
Winners for the Loyalty360 360 Degree Awards—Supplier and Brand, Champion of Customer Loyalty, and Emerging Loyalty Leaders were also announced during the ceremony.
The 360 Degree Awards recognize the brands and suppliers with the best overall weighted average finishes across multiple categories and the suppliers that had multiple clients compete in the finalist presentations. The Champion of Customer Loyalty Awards are special recognitions presented to individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the customer loyalty and experience industry.
New for 2024 is the Emerging Loyalty Leader Award, which honors the outstanding achievements and potential of individuals under the age of 40 who are making significant strides in the customer loyalty, engagement, and experience industry. This award recognizes up-and-coming individuals who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, innovation, and dedication in shaping the future of customer loyalty.
The Champion of Customer Loyalty Award is a special recognition presented to individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the customer loyalty and experience industry.
