Tractor Supply Raises More Than $1M for FFA Scholarships
Tractor Supply Company recently announced that it’s raised more than $1 million to benefit the Tractor Supply FFA Future Leaders Scholarship fund. This accomplishment brings the total funds raised in the past three years to more than $3 million. The scholarships support FFA students pursuing careers in skilled trades and agriculture-related fields, providing essential financial aid to the next generation of agricultural leaders.
Tractor Supply Foundation Executive Director and National FFA Foundation Sponsor’s board member Marti Skold-Jordan, said, “Our customers share our commitment to the next generation of leaders Out Here, a fact they make evident through their continued support for this impactful scholarship fund. We are so proud of the young men and women who are pursuing their dreams with assistance from these scholarships. Our 2024 donation will enable even more students to have this opportunity, and we look forward to learning all about them during the application process.”
Tractor Supply has committed to contributing $5 million to the FFA Future Leaders scholarship fund over the next five years. To date, 289 students have benefited from FFA scholarships to further their education. Scholarships range from $5,000 for students attending trade schools and two-year colleges to $10,000 for those pursuing four-year agriculture-related degrees.
