JetBlue announced the JetBlue Plus Card, issued by Barclays, received the J.D. Power Award, ranking the highest among co-branded airline credit cards according to the J.D. Power 2023 U.S. Credit Card Satisfaction Study. This renowned reward in the loyalty industry is another one of many successes that JetBlue has had in recent years. The newly launched TrueBlue® loyalty program has already provided many new opportunities for cardholders to earn points and perks through the airline.
The J.D. Power 2023 U.S. Credit Card Satisfaction Study analyzes survey responses from more than 30,000 credit card customers across the United States. The study measures overall customer satisfaction based on performance in seven factors: account management, benefits, customer service, new account, rewards earning, rewards redeeming, and terms. The JetBlue Plus Card achieved the highest score (or scored #1) in three of the seven study factors: Rewards Earning, Rewards Redeeming and Benefits.
“As JetBlue remains committed to delivering innovative programs, rewards and benefits for all customers, we’re proud that our cardmembers recognize the increased value we have built into our suite of JetBlue credit cards and the newly refreshed TrueBlue loyalty program,” said Christopher Buckner, vice president of loyalty and partnerships, JetBlue. “This honor from J.D. Power further indicates our mission to invest in products, programs and services that put our customers first.”
