JetBlue Opens Paisly® to All Travelers, Expanding Loyalty Program

JetBlue Travel Products expanded access to its travel booking platform Paisly® to any customer, regardless of how they travel. Previously, the platform was only available to travelers booked on a JetBlue flight. 

The new access will focus on expanding JetBlue’s loyalty program: TrueBlue. Members will earn points when booking cars, stays, and activities, even outside of the JetBlue services. 

"We want to be the company travelers go to when they book a trip, whether they choose to fly, drive, train or boat to their destination,” says Andres Barry, President, JetBlue Travel Products. “At the same time, we know loyalty is more important than ever, which is why we continue to reward our most loyal customers, just for being TrueBlue members.” 

The old Paisly system used members’ flight itinerary to unlock exclusive deals on transportation, lodging, and activities at their destinations. The new system makes member travel more seamless, offering exclusive deals even without a JetBlue itinerary, although using JetBlue does still provide greater discounts.
