Hyatt Hotels Partners with the Venetian Resort Las Vegas to Enhance the Customer Experience

Hyatt Hotels Corporation recently partnered with the Venetian Resort Las Vegas for a long-term licensing agreement, allowing the Las Vegas Strip luxury property to soon be bookable through Hyatt channels, including Hyatt.com and the World of Hyatt mobile app. The new collaboration will enable eligible event and meeting planners and World of Hyatt members to earn and redeem loyalty points, earn credit toward the Brand Explorer Award, and enjoy additional benefits for elite members. Hyatt will expand its offerings through the partnership, providing more options for rewarding travel experiences and stays at the all-suite resort.

Hyatt Chief Commercial Officer Mark Vondrasek said, “Las Vegas is a perennial favorite for World of Hyatt members and our group business customers are requesting rooms at a higher volume than pre-pandemic due to the world-class entertainment and unique experiences offered by this dynamic destination. The licensing agreement with The Venetian Resort Las Vegas adds 7,000 rooms and 2.25 million square feet of meeting space, inviting Hyatt’s loyalty members and valued customers to have even more options to earn and redeem loyalty points when visiting Las Vegas.”

The Venetian Resort Las Vegas features two luxury hotels, The Venetian and The Palazzo. As the only all-suite resort on the Strip, it offers a one-of-a-kind experience that blends the romantic allure of Venice with the energetic atmosphere of Las Vegas.

The Venetian recently completed a $1.5 billion reinvestment, with its suites redesigned to reflect the elaborate costumes of the Venetian Carnival. Guests can take in the romance of Venice through iconic gondola rides along the Grand Canal while enjoying world-class entertainment and dining experiences from chefs like Wolfgang Puck, Tetsuya Wakuda, and Thomas Keller, providing guests with an immersive, sensory experience.

The Venetian Resort Las Vegas President and CEO Patrick Nichols said, “Our legendary resort continues to lead the way on the Strip, setting the benchmark for innovation, luxury, and unforgettable guest experiences. From unveiling reimagined suites and collaborating with world-renowned chefs to delivering unparalleled entertainment, we have consistently stayed at the forefront of this ever-evolving destination. As we embrace a new era for The Venetian Resort, this relationship enables us to expand our reach and connect with new audiences.”

In addition, World of Hyatt plans to offer elite Venetian Rewards members the World of Hyatt benefits. The two companies will also explore collaboration in the meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions (MICE) space to further complement each company’s strengths.
